I believe that the ultimate student goal for PE/Health education is that we graduate young people that:

  1. Value the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  2. Understand exactly what they need to do to stay physically and emotionally healthy
  3. Have learned a variety of methods they can use to achieve good health
  4. Take responsibility for their own health/wellness and facilitate this regularly in their own lives
